Saddle Campaign
November 2011

Dear Reins of Life friends and supporters,

We are in need of an 18" saddle for our therapeutic riding program to comfortably fit some of our special equestrians. To date, we have been unable to afford purchasing a new saddle and can not find a used one in any of the tack consignment shops in this size.

Bonnie Ziegler, one of our longest term ROL volunteers and supporter, has graciously offered to donate $200 to launch our "saddle campaign". Although some of you may know Bonnie from volunteering together at ROL, you may not know that Bonnie gave ROL its first horse, Scooter, who has since moved on to a new career. Thank you Bonnie for this most generous gift towards the new saddle and for your most generous support over the years.

If you would like to help ROL acquire this saddle for the kids, we would be most appreciative. We will be taking up a collection and any denomination is greatly appreciated. Please use Paypal on our web site, or drop by ROL any time. Thank you !

Kindest regards,
Judy

"Beautiful Horses of Pennsylvania”

Karen Brenner specializes in painting beautiful moments in the lives of horses. Her most current series, "Beautiful Horses of Pennsylvania”, included Chrissy a Haflinger mare who is one of the wonderful horses at Reins of Life. Chrissy is such a sweetheart! When we visited, she came right up to welcome us, and then posed, prettier than a picture, for photos. What a doll baby! I'm sure she is a favorite with all the students at Rein of Life.
